Walked in and got greeted and helped in less than 1 min. Tons of hats. The gentleman that helped me had a great attitude and it showed he loved his job and what he does. Thanks again for the help

Customer service is the cornerstone of what Herb’s is about. These ladies are A-MAZ-ING!! If you are looking for any hat, shaping, resizing, changing ribbon, etc. you can’t go wrong here! They know their business!! Don’t waste your time anywhere else. You won’t be disappointed.

Alexis and Hannah were superb! So friendly. Cleaned my Dad's hat and rescued a puppy. Love! Lots of hats, belts, bandanas and feathers.

This was a fantastic experience. My hat looks like a million bucks. The way it was intended to look. I had to have my hat reblocked and reshaped; after a disaster at Cavenders. I can't wait to wear it. The girl that helped me was on her game and super knowledgeable. Will be returning.

Went to see if they carry genetic hat boxes......they were nice enough to give me a box, but, also dusted the hat and measured the size for me. I did not buy a thing, however, cone time to get another hat, I'll be going back !!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The only place I’ll ever buy a hat. It’s more than a hat shop, they’ve built an amazing community. You walk in, are greeted immediately, there’s often live music being performed in the store and you’ll be offered a drink. When I asked “Is this heaven?” They said “Close, it’s Texas. Welcome to Herb’s.” 😀 The owner (Kay Maynard) and her expert staff are exceptionally knowledgeable and helped me pick out the right hat and hat color for my needs. They educated me about the different hat makers behind the brands, what they’re known for and the nuances to each style. When we found the perfect hat for me, they custom fit it to me and custom shaped it by hand. I live in Portland Maine and was flying home later that day so they offered to ship me my hat so it wasn’t one more thing for me to carry. An all around amazing experience by any standard. They have my business for life. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a nice place with a helpful staff. They had tons of options, but unfortunately, they just did not have what I was looking for, but then my taste is a bit different from most. Still, I encourage anyone looking for a great hat with an amazing staff to visit Herb's Hat Shop as their first stop!
